U.S. Onsite Crating was established in 2017, with decades of experience building custom wooden crating and specialized packaging, including specialty containers, flat racks, and pallets, for our commercial, industrial and residential customers. We have provided comprehensive wood crating solutions for a wide variety of industries, safeguarding equipment ranging from small to very large. 

Since our inception, our company’s objective was to specialize in professional export crating and other customized packing services designed to pack cargo safely and securely for transportation. U.S. Onsite Crating’s aspiration is to visit clients’ facility to measure, scale, draw and construct custom Onsite perfect-sized packing needs, including wooden crates, skids, boxes and/or containers designed to fit cargo perfectly for scheduled or time-sensitive shipments for safe transportation. 

Our in-house custom crating department’s goal is to build a business by providing its customers with high quality, cost-effective and dependable packing services. The goal today is to build upon the past by providing the highest standard of service and quality worldwide, and to be the benchmark by which all other independent crating companies are judged. 

Our business model is, “if it more economical to send a team to build and fill the crates at the client’s facility or to build at U.S. Onsite’s facility and ship the custom designed crates to the customer, the overall objective is for the customer to trust a leader in engineered designs and custom packaging solutions and that we will do a great job of securing customer’s precious cargo. 

We provide free, written estimates which include costs for custom crating (Onsite or at our facility), packaging, shipping, pick-up and delivery. We consider many factors when designing our crates including weight, dimensions, value, fragility and final destination requirements. Our team of experts then goes to work on building a crate that best suits the item.
